As a follow up from our conversation this morning on the Daily Health Screening App (DHS), I REALLY like Aan and Mindy's suggestion to house the data for this app in rSchoolstats.com. In fact, I think it's brilliant! -It's already set up for every school in the US -Different servers from AS -For schools who purchase DHS, it's easy for our support team to set up someone in Stats for just this one permission. If we just add one more checkbox into permissions for Daily Health Screening, now someone can be set up for just that. -This logged in view of Stats can be where we automatically add the daily file of all screenings, now we don't need to send the report out of DHS to someone (though we can keep this too). Now, Admins can log into rSchoolstats to get reporting data. -After the initial launch, we can come back and flesh out this reports page (dashboard for stats, date ranges on reports, reports on uncleared stats by type, etc). BRILLIANT thinking Aan and Mindy!! |
